  • A lot of the time, as runners, we can enjoy going out for a run, but neglect the vital strength and conditioning work that enables us to stay more injury free. This combined service will take you through both running and workouts designed to improve your running strength even further.

Personal training and running often go hand in hand.

You have the option to have between one and four Personal Training sessions a month, as well as a running plan.

Additional gym sessions can be purchased separately.
