Who I am
-
Growing up I enjoyed sport, and taking part in events. In my mid 20’s I rekindled my passion for sport and exercise, through regular gym training and then through hiking and running. Over the last five years, I have completed numerous half marathons, a marathon, and celebrated my deadlift personal best.
As someone who enjoys and understands the many benefits of exercise and working out, I realised that it was time to start giving back to the communities that have welcomed and encouraged me, as well as pushed me out of my comfort zone.

Knowing what it is like starting out in my fitness journey, I know how scary and intimidating it can be. As a coach and athlete, I can help walk you through the steps that will get you going on your own fitness journey, and help you reach the goals you have been aiming for.
As a qualified Personal Trainer, I can support you to reach the goals that you have wanted to reach, but not quite known how to. Whether this be in the gym, outside, or elsewhere, we can work together to help you be the happy and healthy version of who you would like to be.
As a qualified Coach in Running Fitness, I can help you to reach your running goals, plan sessions for you to help mix up your running if you are feeling like you are not making the progress or seeing the results you would like to be seeing.
